- The 10th hole on the West Course is a highlight, a challenging par 3 over water.
- Best played from April to October, avoiding the harsh winter conditions.
- About 60 minutes drive north from New York City or 40 minutes from JFK International Airport.
- Staying facilities are not provided by the club, several upscale hotels nearby.
