- Sahalee was founded in 1969. It's privately owned and club members elect a board of directors to govern the club.
- It comprises 27 holes divided into three 9-hole courses (South/North/East). South/North combination is a par 72 covering 6,849 yards.
- Notable for its narrow fairways lined with towering trees, with lush, meticulously maintained greens.
- Amenities include a clubhouse, pro shop, dining facilities, and locker rooms.
- The 2nd hole of the North Course is considered a signature hole with water on the right and treacherous bunkers on the left.
- Optimal golfing conditions exist from late Spring through early Fall. Winter months can be wet.
