- The course, established in 1994, is owned by Oklahoma State University and is named after Karsten Solheim, founder of PING Golf.
- This par-72 course stretches over 7,400 yards from the longest tees and has an 18-hole layout.
- The course features Bentgrass greens, Zoysia fairways, and multiple tees.
- Amenities include a golf shop, locker room facilities, dining options, and lodging with 6 rooms at The Lodge.
- The 16th hole, a par 4 reaching 471 yards, is considered the signature hole.
- Playable year round, but best weather is from March to November.
